Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders over $60 within the United States and Canada. We fulfill through Supliful and ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery times
United States:
- Orders under $60: Standard shipping — $5.99 — 5–8 business days
- Orders $60 and above: Free standard shipping — 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: $12.99 — 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Canada:
- Orders under $60: Standard shipping — $9.99 — 7–12 business days
- Orders $60 and above: Free standard shipping — 7–12 business days
International:
- Standard international shipping — $14.99 — 10–21 business days
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management and wait 24 hours. Then contact us at SerenoaCo@gmail.com if you still haven't received it. We'll investigate and reship or refund as needed.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately at SerenoaCo@gmail.com. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it at no charge. If it has already shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
Customs and import duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
