Processing fee. Approved claims are refunded within 3–5 business days to your original payment method, minus a $9 processing fee that covers verification and handling of returned bottles.

Fraud prevention. We reserve the right to decline claims that show signs of fraud or abuse, including repeated claims from the same shipping address or mismatched order information.
